@BIIIIGBODDY I had this issue as well. I had a ticket with support and was about to send it in for repair. Before I did, I tried one last thing. I took the neck off and cleaned the connection with a microfiber cloth. This fixed it. That happened in October and I haven't had issues since.

@fungame2022 I got the ui without the placement, but after a minute it popped up. I'm not sure if this still works
