@RivianOwners Denver, CO: Waited 4 years. Getting ready to pick up in a couple of weeks. Asked Rivian guide if I will be eligible for a retrofit from manual to automatic tonneau cover as it was part of my original order. So far, silence. Does anyone know if Rivian will upgrade the cover?

@RivianStockNews According to Rivian YouTube influences, limitited functions of the infotainment screens. Still can drive, still can A/C change. Not sure about sensors and D/C fast charging. Unless headlights or turn signals are disabled, welcome to a luxury 2000 truck/SUV.

Receive this notice from @SamsungSupport : "Your trade-in did not meet our requirements because: Your device could not boot normally." I had it returned. Got it today and it boots - no issues. #Shame on them. I think we have a new Dictionary lookup: Samsung = #LackofIntegrity.

@BestBuy I'm a #Totaltech member. Frig has been broken since June 13th. I've called the member support number 3 times. Today was the 3rd attempt to get diagnostic service, but call was mysteriously dropped. Need to speak to someone in the US who is not in an Indian call center.

@foxrentcar @hopper @hopper reporting @foxrentcar denied refund because customer never arrived. Please review airport video at pickup location. 2 Fox agents were working desk. Woman on left and guy on right. At desk, woman asked for name and phone. Never received a call. Both of you are #Dishonest!

Do not buy through '@hopper' or rent from '@foxrentcar'. Used Hopper to purchase 2-way plane tickets plus a Fox car rental. The app scheduled car pickup to occur 3 hours after landing. Neither Hopper nor Fox will refund. Blames customer for not checking confirmation. #Dishonest!

@USPS @USPSHelp @USPSNewsHQ local carrier placed key to package locker in wrong residential box and has no idea which box. Recipient never returned $90 tech package ordered from Chinese vendor. Local USPS office says no refund or reimbursement because carrier may have been tired.

@Rivian have you included a "pin code to drive" feature as an additional layer of security against the fob "man in the middle" attack? or one better - a way to stop the fob from transmitting 24/7 and just only when needed to access or start the vehicle. Thanks
