@SimonBrundish @primevideosport It's so embarassing, making me cringe every time I hear his name tonight

[Matt Smith @MattSmi17879843]

@annabeltwiddle @Abanigete @raye @RoyalAlbertHall Thank you so much for the advice! Will try it 🤗

[Matt Smith @MattSmi17879843]

@finelinvi @raye Nah for real. This hits hard 😭

[Vi - ISO Harryween N2 @finelinvi]

I fear not even @raye has tickets to see herself at the RAH

[Matt Smith @MattSmi17879843]

@ameripus @girlinthebibble Nice scam

[Matt Smith @MattSmi17879843]

@swiftwarnings Its awful. Absolutely heartbroken for all real fans. These people are disgusting, seeking profit at the expense of people's happiness. Yes it happens all the time, but there is SO MUCH that can be done

[Matt Smith @MattSmi17879843]

@nastymotive @raye All tickets on resale should be immediately taken back. Its obvious what those tickets were bought for, people who never had any intention of going pricelocking out real fans

[Matt Smith @MattSmi17879843]

@sirgavinofcook Still didn't work unfortunately. But at least she tried...

[Matt Smith @MattSmi17879843]

@RishalPatel @raye She will do more stadium tours for sure, that'sa given. But the Royal Albert Hall is SO special. And having a full orchestra is SO special. I have a feeling nothing will be quite like this show. Thats why I am so gutted 😭

[Matt Smith @MattSmi17879843]

@x6pnda Can you prove it was false information? I do think they really really messed up how they went about selling tickets, there has got to be so many better ways of verification and guaranteeing real fans, while making it impossible for scalpers. ID? 2FA?

[Matt Smith @MattSmi17879843]

@andreasdfghjk There is sooo much more that can and should be done. I trust RAYE to fight it. But it sucks so much for us right now

[Matt Smith @MattSmi17879843]

@YorkshireFests @lionkingbitches She's done that before. She can do it again

[Matt Smith @MattSmi17879843]

@raye I guess it didn't work. Please fight this for us

[Matt Smith @MattSmi17879843]

@Shaun_kane @raye Do you have a code for when/if you eventually get there? I didn't even get one, must be a bot I guess

[Matt Smith @MattSmi17879843]

Did everything right, answered the questions, was so excited to get tickets to see @raye for what will possibly be one of the greatest shows OAT but no presale link and went from assigning queue number (joined 15 mins before 12) to then room full and no hope. Absolutely gutted 😔

[Matt Smith @MattSmi17879843]

@krasfever Think they hit the wrong button 😭 looking how many tickets are already up for resale

[Matt Smith @MattSmi17879843]

@adam_m_farrell @raye This is absolutely shocking. So the ones reselling got the codes and and the ones that want to go didn't. Its like they got it the wrong way round

[Matt Smith @MattSmi17879843]

@RishalPatel @raye Its honestly so depressing and heart breaking to see 😔

[Matt Smith @MattSmi17879843]

@nikianapretiana @raye Its actually heartbreaking. So gutted for everyone else that are real fans too
