I see a lot of these posted but rarely see players launching behind a loaded rear leg.

Why is that important?

- Shows that a player has the ability and the potential to produce repeatable game swings that can play.

Too many are fixated on the metrics of the swing and put too much merit on them. Meanwhile, this swing produces consistent results come game time.

- Maintain the stretch
- Getting our tilt to turn our leg

Similar style as Goldy as well…

Although this 12u player was slightly beat due to lack of tilt at launch, can clearly see how the adjustment was made because of how the body is positioned/loaded and stretched.

12u player batted .727 with 3 triples and 3 HR this past weekend vs some of the best 12u arms in California
