@FPLfrasier LW, ST, AND CB all completely dependent on what happens with Rashford, Zirkzee, and any of our current CBs. Those are conditional signings only. The MUST list in order of priority is:

@joeladejola What did you make of France's tempo throughout the match? And do you feel their lack of fixed positions in the front four ultimately hurt them?
For those upset with United for not being willing to pay up to sign Fernandes, does the below change your opinion?
I'm genuinely curious, as you can still make the argument that United should've just guaranteed the extra £5M and offered higher wages.
I'm glad we didn't.

Man United were prepared to go to £80m + £5m for Mateus Fernandes, with some expectation he would join. But Tottenham’s guaranteed fee + wages swung talks.
Significant signing to miss out on. #MUFC onto other targets.

@AliceTalksFooty If Tchouameni is priced the same, that's better value for the money. His market value is €70M.
If Scott and/or Baleba are priced the same, then I hope we avoid them too. Market values are €50M and €55M respectively (Fernandes €50M).
ROI/value doesn't have to mean cheap.
Do not like this. He is a carry first midfielder right now. How is this going to work? Ask Bruno again to drop to do all the progression stuff!!!!!
We never learn. Do we???
Not even mad at this. Genuinely. 85M is a massive overpay, despite how much I rate the player.
Cue the fanbase throwing a fit, though, bc they're impatient and didn't get the shiny new toy they wanted.
Tchouameni, Baleba, Scott, Nmecha, Camara, Sangare, etc. up next.
🚨 EXCLUSIVE: Tottenham Hotspur win race to sign Mateus Fernandes from West Ham United. Spurs submitted highest proposal (believed to be ~£85m guaranteed) & 21yo #WHUFC midfielder opted to join #THFC. Numbers beyond where #MUFC willing to go @TheAthleticFC https://t.co/8JMyfl8LoS
Watching Rashford swinging in early crosses during England's last match...
Reading all parties are open to integrating him back in at United...
Envisioning Šeško as the target of those early crosses from Rashford...

@StretfordPaddck@David_Ornstein@FabrizioRomano Hell no! United needed three midfielders, and the club's reported budget is ~150M. Can't imagine we'd have found two more serviceable - let alone good - midfielders for 34M combined.
More on Elliot Anderson's move to Manchester City, and why there is some dispute between clubs on the fee.
Manchester City sources insist they are paying a fixed fee of £116m with no add-ons. Forest maintain it's up to £130m.🏴

Manchester City have made a fresh and improved offer to sign Elliot Anderson from Nottingham Forest.
There is not yet an agreement but the two clubs are discussing the latest proposal as City push hard to close the gap in valuation and get a deal done.

Newcastle: "Nah. We want 100M."
Spurs: *Proceed to indicate willingness to pay 85M for Fernandes
Spurs: "Please? It's the best we can do!"
Newcastle: 😑
