@cityoftulsagov Respectfully, we have tried. Our neighbors yard hasnt been mowed in years, weeds have grown into trees, short out our sump pumps, collapsed our french drain. They have a broken down gazebo, collapsed porch cover, and standing water. Youve passed them every time we report them.
