NAIA Ball’s own Taylor Thomas met up with Nelson (TX) alum Michael Watson at the Tulsa Drillers vs Springfield Cardinals game last night

Watson had a dominant career in a Lions uniform, recording 334 strikeouts in his 3 seasons and was signed by the St. Louis Cardinals in 2024. Watson is currently with the Cardinals Double-A affiliate, striking out a Top 10 prospect in all of baseball Josue De Paula last night
