Integrity is allegiance to principles. You're expected to challenge orders that violate your mission or values.
@drosielle @DianeEMeier I’m a proponent of saying death, but does it need to be said repeatedly or just once? Once it’s said, can references to “it” suffice? If patients or loved ones flinch when we say it, it seems to risk trauma rather than palliation to say it again and again. Attunement is crucial.

Do u have 2 choose (could u incorporate aspects of both, or different approaches depending on the thing being evaluated)? helpful to include available mitigation strategies as u compare options?
@CJKing38 @nancyskehan @KenceeMD Sounds like you and your colleagues are ambivalent about an approach to grading. I imagine it can feel paralyzing and frustrating. I hear you want meaningful measures that support learning and at the same time feel stuck between the +/- of competitiveness.
