You must realise that workers aren't flown in from China to place panels, that's still done by Americans. The Construction, a largely an automated process with few jobs, is done in China.

But sure, instead of doing a statistical analysis to understand immediately what needs to be done, let’s wait days, weeks, months while hundreds die to do a controlled study to confirm what it said.

Also Check the alt text for sources yikes. And if you think its hard to find evidence I'd suggest searching via images, maybe you'll provide some.

That graph, while not data from a controlled study, is still more than you or they have presented. And ouch
