Starting with the kölsch which won our homebrew competition. Followed up with cask and keg Bolsters Blood side by side.

8.8% New Zealand DDH New England DIPA 🇳🇿

Massive hop bill on this one:

Nelson Sauvin (T90 & Cryo)
Motueka (T90 & Cryo)
Moutere
Riwaka

Mad to think I’m approaching 4(!) years since my first ever brew.

Back on the hop hype for the latest homebrew:

Strata, Simcoe & Superdelic for both hot and cold side additions, with a touch of talus chucked in for extra measure post fermentation.

6% hoppy goodness 🍺 🍻

Homebrew follow up….love me some dark beer clarity!

Brew No. 30 for me and it’s something a bit different (to me, at least!)

8.7% ABV - Brew 1 of 2 of #christmas beers planned.

Grain bill was for a doppelbock but the yeast was Belgian 🇧🇪

Ridiculously easy drinking considering the strength!
