@nativ_truth @HULETTSC @Reuters Complicated question. Simple answer is that the Senate isn't sending money. It's sending weapons they purchased years, sometimes over a decade ago. Most of it, besides the anti tank artillery is outdated. They just have that much spare weapons lying around.
