My head is so much more clear when I've got a workout under my belt before 6am. But I suppose taking that rest day is better in the long run

Pulled my right calf muscle during warmup. But I fought thru it and finished the 30 minute kickboxing class. Worth it.

That awkward few weeks when you gain muscle mass but the fat isn't burning off fast enough. Bulky much? Gotta fight thru it. #fitfam
