Someone please correct me if I’m wrong, Burnham has appointed:
- a Housing Secretary who “resigned” in disgrace from the same job because she couldn’t even pay the correct stamp duty on her 2nd house
- a previously sacked convicted fraudster who will be in charge of ethics in the Cabinet Office
- a Business Secretary that had to apologise to parliament over misleading CV statements
- a Chancellor who couldn’t count how many frigates we had in our fleet when he was defence secretary
- a Defence Secretary with no military experience (despite multiple ex-servicemen available)
So much for the “hope” vibes.
We made it to easy for Argentina in that second half sitting back like we did. We should have kept on pushing forward and attacking. Bad move from Tuchel, he made a gamble and he lost. I’m gutted. And so is the whole country. But I’m proud of our players, they have been bloody brilliant. I’m proud of our fans who have travelled across the pond to support our boys. I’m proud of England and I’ll keep on waving our wonderful flag. God bless you all, and wishing all our fans and players a safe trip home. You done us proud. Bosh❤️🏴
Lovely country, Norway. Been there many times. Beautiful cities and scenery, enviable ‘social contract’, unusual food, friendly people, fabulous knitwear.
But, bollocks to ‘em.
My response to Afzal Khan, a Labour MP, who has reported me to the parliamentary authorities for my criticism of various barbaric Islamic practices, our rape gang inquiry report and my appearance on Joe Rogan's podcast.
🚨Keir Starmer to address the nation on the Moroccan rioters tearing up London after France's win, he will say they'll feel the full force of the law ⚖️
Only joking, that's just for the British. Carry on lads, it's cultural expression
@andyburnham I invited you to discuss the findings of our rape gang inquiry - a process that has enabled so many victims to speak openly about their suffering for the very first time.
You ignored my request, twice.
Poor form indeed.
