@valdombre I’ve felt like that for last 5-8 years in Vancouver. If I go downtown it’s either for sports event or concert, after I leave downtown core right away. I’ve seen 1 person stabbed and multiple assaults in those 8 years being downtown. The issues isn’t getting any better.

The Europeans call it “Fully Community/fan-owned models.” with most teams putting out stock options at the of the season for people to buy in or buy more. People would go crazy here to say they own shares of their own Vancouver Canucks.
