You're right bro, Christianity brainwashed me. I want to spend the rest of my life with one person, pray for those who hate me, forgive easily, raise a beautiful family, stay away from gossip, and find true purpose in Jesus.
This pain is because sex binds your soul to another, it’s more than just a physical act. That’s why it hurts so much.
God doesn’t just tell us to keep sex in marriage cause he’s a joy-kill. He tells us to protect us from this kind of pain.
Pray for Theo and pray for me because I’m in the same place as he is right now.
I know what I need to do to change, but I’m scared of the unknowns that will come with it.
I’ve been at the door and too afraid to knock for far too long now.
@yabbanx In moderation it really is true. Women are also starting to understand this. If you’re out there busting your rear end and you game to keep yourself out of bars and keep money in your pocket then it’s honestly one more thing women can support you in.
A movie unconcerned with character development and meaningful dialogue, is also unconcerned with lecturing, making Oscar casting requirements, making women look invincible, and being gay with gay characters.
This movie was an absolute blast. Nonstop action, never-ending easter eggs and I laughed out loud twice. My kids loved it. And that's the point.
The ultimate double standard in modern marriage is the unilateral cancellation of vows. A man is socially and legally expected to fulfill 100% of his traditional duties, to provide, protect, finance, and remain strictly faithful. But a woman can completely abandon the physical and intimate aspects of the marriage for years with zero societal pushback. If he complains, he is shamed as needy or predatory. If he files for divorce to escape a lifetime of forced celibacy, the courts will take his house, his kids, and his income. He is essentially trapped in a legally binding roommate contract where his utility is violently demanded, but his humanity is completely ignored.
I can’t believe they let motherfuckers act like this in prison. Prison should be a place where you get your shit together and come out acting like you got sense.
The max one can pay into social security per year is $10,453.20.
If you did that every year from age 18 until retirement, the max you’ll get from SS is $4,873 /month.
If you put it into an S&P index fund instead, you would receive $32,583 per month.
Social Security is a scam.
