WEST BRIDGEWATER HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL:
HEAD COACH JUSTIN KOGLER 100 CAREER WINS.
West Bridgewater High School Football Head Coach Justin Kogler reached a milestone in earning win number 100 in his high school football career as a head coach on September 5, 2025. The victory came against Manchester Essex Regional in which the West Bridgewater Wildcats won 30-16.

Since becoming the head coach at West Bridgewater High School in 2019, Justin Kogler has had a winning record in every season with the football team. If we want to go even further, he has had a winning record in the past 11 out of 12 seasons with previous teams which is a remarkable feat. Each year since being the coach at West Bridgewater High School his program and roster continue to grow. The current 2025 season has 50 athletes on the team, which according to the best records available is the largest amount the school has ever had in one season. Boys who live in the town want to play for him, others from other surrounding towns want to move to West Bridgewater to play for him or make it a school of choice and even many boys in the youth program want to be part of his camp in the offseason just to learn from him. Coach Kogler is humble and does not look for recognition for himself as he wants it to go to his athletes on his teams when they do something positive. He is a coach where you learn something and are taught something every day. Whether it is practice or a game, every moment matters with continuous learning and that is what his team feeds from. He teaches the principles of dedication, discipline, training, hard work ethics, education, support and unity. His players learn not only how to develop these skills on the football field but in life. So, one can say he is not only a football coach but a coach in life in being a better person. Coach Kogler’s heart is always on his sleeve when you see him coaching with his care and passion. Whether the team is winning or losing by 20 or if it is the last play of the game that may not matter to most, every single play to him matters as you never know what you might miss or learn from. It is in his blood, and he was built to be a coach, and West Bridgewater is extremely fortunate to have him.

100 wins never looked so good and this time the attention and recognition are not because of the talent Coach Justin Kogler has had on his teams but his exceptional gift of talent as a coach. He earned every single one of those wins by making a difference.
