Five weeks live, the marketplace is showing:
• 15,435 live routes across voice and SMS
• 213 destinations with available routes
• 893 International CLI routes with caller ID testing proven
Behind every listing is an opportunity to connect wholesale telecom supply with demand.
PacketExchange opens a new commercial gateway to global wholesale telecom traffic, expanding opportunities for carriers, wholesalers, and developers to access and use Minutes Network infrastructure.
The momentum we reported following Capacity Europe is now accompanied by a growing public marketplace.
As more routes become available and more destinations are represented, PacketExchange continues to expand its global reach, connecting wholesale buyers and sellers and opening new opportunities for traffic across the Minutes Network ecosystem.

The blockchain doesn't care how your transaction gets there.
Wi-Fi. Mobile data. Or a phone call.
TELRPC takes a transaction signed on your device, sends it as tones over a regular phone call, and broadcasts it to the blockchain.
Your wallet stays offline. Your private keys stay on your device.
Less exposure to online threats. The freedom to transact without connecting your wallet to the internet.
Follow @telrpcofficial to see what else is possible.
International calls have to terminate somewhere. For decades, that last step has been controlled by a chain of intermediaries, each taking a cut before the call reaches a handset. Jingle is how Minutes Network changes where that call ends, and who benefits when it does.
What Jingle is
Jingle is a lightweight plug-in that is designed to sit inside the regular applications people already use every day. Post-application integration and user update, users become an available endpoint to Minutes Network. Calls routed through Jingle arrive on the phone's incoming-call screen. There's no new app to learn and no new behaviour to adopt. The app that brings those users on board earns a share of every completed minute for each call connected.
It's built to be light on the device, has no access to messages, contacts, or location, and lets users switch Jingle off independently at any time.
Why this matters for Minutes Network
By integrating with applications people already use every day, Minutes Network adds new reachable endpoints at app scale. It changes how users are reached. In the traditional voice market, a call passes through a chain of middlemen, each taking a cut in profitability before it reaches a handset. A Jingle endpoint is Minutes Network's own user. Whenever the user is online, Minutes Network can connect calls directly to it with crystal-clear quality, at the cost of our own bandwidth.
The Minutes Network team is in various stages of integration with multiple global and local user-based applications. As integrations go live, their users will be onboarded into the Jingle ecosystem, each one becoming a new reachable endpoint on the network.
The economics
When a call terminates directly on a Jingle endpoint, it removes the layers that traditionally sit between the originating call and the receiving handset. That lowers the cost of every call made to those endpoints, therefore reinvigorating carrier revenues for Minutes Network and its interconnected carriers on every minute terminated.
The network effect
This compounds. More users means a larger telecommunications network. A larger network means more traffic can be connected directly via Jingle.
Extended Integration Reach
Jingle is on schedule to release an extended integration toolkit in Q4 2026, giving MVNOs, MNOs, enterprises, corporations, and service providers across every layer of the global telecoms stack the ability to integrate Jingle into their last mile for scaled cost reductions and further network optimisations.
Open to the market
Jingle routes are industry-compatible and will be listed on the PacketExchange marketplace at https://t.co/m6fM7dYRiM.
Stay tuned for further information on announcements and communication events relating to the growth of Jingle's user base and technological adoption.
One network. New ways to put it to work.
Minutes Network Token X's infrastructure is built to carry global telecommunications traffic.
Now, new services are expanding what this infrastructure does.
PacketExchange connects buyers and sellers of global voice and SMS capacity, serving both human operators and AI agents.
TELRPC uses telephone calls to transmit blockchain requests without requiring mobile internet.
Both introduce new ways to use the Minutes Network's decentralized infrastructure.
For MNTx, this creates new opportunities for commercial activity across infrastructure already supporting global telecommunications.
Same network. More reasons to use it.
Sound on. This is crypto sent over a phone call.
TELRPC sends your signed transaction as tones over an ordinary call.
Your wallet needs no Wi-Fi or mobile data.
Your private keys stay on your device, so you can send crypto without putting your keys online.
Hear it. See how it works. Try it.

Back from Capacity Europe with plenty to build on.
A great show for the Minutes Network team. We met people from across the telecom industry, showed PacketExchange in action, and came home with a strong response.
We went into London with momentum. Our October 13 snapshot showed growth across the platform compared with the previous seven days:
• New sign-ups: +81%
• New route listings: +167%
• Customers buying routes: +280%
• Customers placing calls: +350%
The conversations in London reinforced why we’re building this.
The industry needs a more open, transparent, and efficient way to connect, trade, and grow - and that’s what PacketExchange is built to deliver.
A new task is coming to Unetwork.
Answering local calls at the edge for @telrpcofficial, helping people send crypto over an ordinary phone call while their wallet stays offline.
Proud to be part of the rails.

TELRPC is live in beta, running on Minutes Network, World Mobile and Unetwork.
Every transaction signed offline reaches the chain as an ordinary phone call through our network. No internet on the wallet, no data plan, just a call.

Following MEXC’s increasing regulatory challenges and restrictions in several jurisdictions, including South Korea, alongside its evolving listing requirements, maintaining the MNTx listing is no longer aligned with our long-term strategy.
We have therefore decided not to pursue retention of the MEXC listing. Our priority is ensuring that MNTx’s exchange presence supports the network’s long-term direction and our community.
MNTx is scheduled to be delisted from MEXC on October 15, 2026, at approximately 14:00 UTC.
If you hold MNTx on MEXC, please review the exchange’s withdrawal arrangements and transfer your tokens to a compatible wallet while withdrawals remain available.
Check the supported network and wallet address carefully before transferring.
Minutes Network continues uninterrupted.
Our focus remains on expanding real-world network adoption, increasing usage, and growing DePIN service fees.
Our roadmap remains unchanged. Network first.
Every Minute Counts.
Unetwork is moving from business verification to individual identity verification.
If your account is currently business-verified (KYB), please verify your identity by October 27.
You can do this in the portal under Settings → Verification, or in the app. It takes a few minutes, and you’ll need a photo ID and proof of address.
For these accounts, withdrawals are paused until identity verification is complete. Your account otherwise stays verified until October 27.
If you use your account for business, you can easily add your company details for invoices under Settings → Accounting in the portal.
Only users with business-verified accounts will receive an email about this change. If that includes you, check your inbox for more details.

MNTx NETWORK IQ #02 - ANSWER
A. It extends participation from infrastructure to eligible callers and callees.
Through Jingle, eligible callers and callees can become network endpoints using the phone numbers they already have.
Infrastructure and people. One network.
