@AbsoluteMach@jesse_18__@Emzyl_ Messi not scoring doesn’t mean the decision wasn’t bad. However, Messi not scoring means the decision didn’t directly impact the result of the game.
@BillztheCat@SamMonsonNFL Tbf, FIFA is widely acknowledged to be corrupt and have multiple well documented scandals (search up Sep Blatta and Michelle Platini if you’re interested). However, I do agree with your argument - historically dominant teams always get “cheating” accusations.
@BraydenWayantt@ChrisClarkNFL I think that's because we played a 3-4 in 2018. Chris Jones was listed as a DE that year, for reference. Wouldn't make any assumptions on how it impacts his role, at least before training camp/ preseason.
@FearWemby_ @kawhi_ring He put up a generational finals performance on one knee against a 60 win team. It's kinda difficult to call him a playoff fraud even if he has the heat series' on his resume - with both of those making the finals.
@TFG_Football I can't think of a worse move for a team with an up and coming o-line than hiring Frank Reich. Made a HOF guard look mid in Indy and Ekwonu's development tanked hard after Reich was hired by the Panthers.
@Arrowhead_Adam RZ offense is way too gimmicky. Only a certain amount of sprint outs you can run before teams start defending. Only reason it's not dead last is Pat and the IOL. I think the RZ offense will be the best indicator on whether Andy has evolved the offensive scheme or not.
@TSO_Riccracc@Nate_Tice He was abysmal at LT but his LG pass pro issues have been more ugly losses in the form of holding penalties imo. I think the combination of DL being a horror show bar chris jones and the capitol invested in OL meant it was always a smokescreen to take tackle, unless someone fell
@TSO_Riccracc@Nate_Tice Kinglsey played his first season at lg last year, was above average and improved over the course of the year. Definitely has room to grow in pass-pro, but has elite traits and is still really young. For your 4th best o-lineman, you'll take that.
@MattConnerAA That man single handedly lost the chiefs a game last year by just playing special teams. Of course fans aren't going to want him anywhere near the roster. Fans who criticize EVERY move are idiots, but fans who cape for every move are also idiots.
@kjonesy1587 The playoff game vs Buffalo... Dirty Dan, Mike Hughes, Reshad Fenton secondary. Throw in some Zayne Anderson and DeAndre Baker for fun. Was the climax of the 'Fire Spags' era of the Chiefs defense. Compare that to the '23 secondary, I'll always cherish that group.
@DeanTrombino As a pure downfield guy, sure. If Carnell Tate is Alec Pierce as an intermediate receiver that would be quite disappointing. They are both downfield jump ball specialists who can play X, that's where the similarities stop.
@Marcus_Mosher Team keeps second best player in franchise history around on incentive laden deal that largely matches his value based on production. Weak TE class in draft and FA. Seems pretty straight forward tbh, though they should cut Gray and draft an inline guy to maximise these moves imo.
@BIG_E_KC 2 things can be true. Nick Bolton is Spags’ ideal Mike and he feels most comfortable in the defense when 32 is out there. Nick Bolton is also a liability in coverage and shouldn’t have been extended for top money. Ntm defense has been largely unaffected when Bolton is out.
@TFG_Football@WizSzn You put the grades side by side and didn’t say anything about how they changed the grading system (Lance Zierlein confirmed this when talking about MHJs grade). If you just put Edmunds grade up, I’d be with you, but if you’re gonna compare the 2 you gotta add context.
@WizSzn@TFG_Football To your point, MHJ and Malik were rated a 6.8 in 24 and Marquise brown was rated a 6.7 in 19, despite not being close as prospects. They clearly changed it lol. I like Marcus’s content, but using these grades side by side without context is a bad faith argument.
