A quick search shows a typical McDonald’s produces ~75 meals an hour (drive thru + lobby). Increasing the wages of a 4 preson crew by $8.50 an hour passes on a mere 45 cents per meal. That is a 7.5% increase to a $5.99 Big Mac meal. Is that really so much?

@fightfor15 @AOC I wouldn’t pay $15 for someone to flip burgers. I don’t blame the restaurant industry for putting in order kiosk. It’s insane to expect $15 for a $3 hamburger. If they did pay $15 then that burger will cost $8-$10 to make up the cost in wages. Get training for a better paying job
