@exlawyernft If SVB banking practices were at par with leading banks, explain why the other banks have not failed? If practices are the same, then bailout seems reasonable. Regardless, need to recognize that bailouts reinforce banks taking riskier positions (they know the gov backstops)
I don’t think many ppl realize we are in the midst of deciding what the next gen of the internet will look like, and a major question is: do we want the business model to be surveillance capitalism (companies have open access to consumer data) or one where users owns their data?
