@EXM7777 What does building your own harness mean? Customizing pi? Or something from scratch? Also, how can I make a model not go off the rails? How can I control more of the context? The context just accumulates over time and agent starts degrading.

@Loganullyott Anthropic/OpenAI are all in one shop and are like beasts and yiu pay for their models. In other harnesses, you choose from all models out there not just Claude or OpenAI. Why? Example, DeepseekV4 model is a very capable model at fraction of the cost. I personally use pi.

@Loganullyott Use Hermes if you want to be the end user.
Harness is general term for environment the agent lives in. A tool you choose to take control of the agent. Pi is a minilistic harness. Hermes is like pi harness but on roids that someone created and evolved it over time.

@JBlunt1018 @SanDiegoKnight This guy is really something 😀 wakes up every day and goes on about H1Bs are taking American's jobs and then makes money by training and placing them? Or is he hiring H1Bs to train Americans? What is the angle here? stop H1Bs so he can shutdown his business ? Or is he already ?

@NoahEpstein_ Thank you. I was designing something similar. Was calling it Levels but having difficulty mapping different entities. Ended up with Entity Relation diagrams but with levels. Kinda like snowflake pattern.
