Must admit I do find it strange that yesterday marked 3 years since the Crawley wasps named left women’s football. A club ran by brilliant people who I owe so much to.
The club maybe gone but the memories will last a lifetime #crawleywasps

Well I did it. 1 week ago today i completed a Ironman distance triathlon. 2 and a half years of training and 1 year on from the disappointment that the DNF brought.
