@British_Airways Thanks for the response, but I don’t think that taking 2 months to resolve a complaint is acceptable especially when two colleagues on the same trip have had their complaints resolved in under 2 weeks.
How can I escalate this?
@British_Airways I logged a complaint - case reference 24375868 on the 4th February due to delays both outbound (which caused a missed connection) and inbound (over 11hours) that resulted in a major disruption as well as cost of hotel and parking at Heathrow. I am still waiting on a resolution.
