@CNPTArgentina This is extremely sad news. When I worked at the APT in Geneva, sharing an office with the Americas Program Officer Claudia, Mario would often pop into our office. In doing so, he always shook my hand and beamed me the kindest of smiles. Rest in peace, dear Mario.
