Fascism was anti-capitalist, it was Socialism organized around nation and governmental/corporate/trade unionists "syndicates". Mussolini was a lifelong Socialist raised by a lifelong Socialist. Ergo Fascism was far more aligned with today's Democrat party than the Republicans.
@AmphibiousReal @theta1540 It was not "privatized" & the state didn't claim it was privatized, since it remained under state control, as I've pointed out repeatedly.
@AmphibiousReal @theta1540 You are trying to argue w/o evidence that Marxism & socialism are synonyms & that there exists only one form of organizing the public ownership or control of the means of production, which is false.
The state controlling corporations is not corporatism, BTW.
@HeatherCate4@RepMTG That is about what I would expect from a modern teacher: an expression of emotions not supported by any facts or even an argument.
Little wonder that boys these days are so miserable in school. Boys like facts, logic and reason.
@nevernotnoided@TheGnPTiara That's not a rebuttal. Your red circle does not prove the control of the MoP in the STATE PLANNED ECONOMIES of Germany & Italy was private.
Again, 40th time: PUBLIC vs PRIVATE.
Absurdity.
@melmupaddoc Nothing contradicts what I have said: fascism is Socialism organized around nation & "syndicates", ie trade unionism.
You are just desperately throwing mud up against the wall without making any actual arguments.
@melmupaddoc Socialism pre-dated Marx & Engles. They organized it around economic class, but there are multiple methods of organizing the public ownership/control of the means of production.
@nevernotnoided@TheGnPTiara Quit ignoring context, "society as a whole" vs PRIVATE. Again, for the 30th time: public vs private.
This concept is not hard for non-Marxists to grasp.
National Socialism = one of SEVERAL different ways of org Socialism, ie public (state, group, collective) own/control MoP.
