It’s a safety warning to cyclists and motorists .
For example - road had a speed limit of 30mph but cyclists are allowed to do any speed, then whose fault would it be if a car doing 30 and a bike doing 60 hit ?

@robtelford @TJClarion @cycling_dave If the car is within the speed limit then there’s no problem , if the hgv is in the speed limit then no problem , if you’re a cyclist and using the speed limit then no problem . If ANY of the above speed then they should be called out for it. I cannot wrap my head around why 1/2
