@GACACare I answer to DM. It has been nearly six months since the GACA complaint submission. I think it is a reasonable time to assess if an airline can cancel flights 8 months before the departure denying to offer alternative flights and claiming force majeure behind the cancellation.

@Saudia_Care In February 2024, I requested access to personal data (case #756713). It's been over 5 months without any answer. I will file a complaint with the Authority @GPDP_IT for the violation of the General Data Protection Regulation article 12 and to exercise my rights.

@Saudia_Care Saudia canceled the flights more than 8 months before the scheduled departure time blaming unforeseen reasons beyond its will and control. You refused to offer a flight alternative. I bought new tickets and you don't want to reimburse the new tickets. This is absurd
