Mandela Washington Fellowship alumni in Togo are putting their leadership experience to work.
Through the DANGBE Project, an independent, volunteer-led initiative, Togolese Mandela Fellowship alumni are developing a free skills pathway to help young graduates build workplace-ready skills. Employers and business leaders can help shape the program by identifying the skills they value most in young Togolese employees. Their input will help align training with real workplace needs, strengthen Togo’s talent pipeline, and support a workforce better prepared for economic opportunities.
It’s a practical example of U.S.-supported exchange alumni turning their experience into solutions that benefit Togo’s workforce while supporting the conditions for stronger economic and commercial ties between the United States and Togo.

@BruceAshford Funny, yes, but not only funny. The show portrays elected officials as self-serving jerks, and the voting public as too stupid to act in their own self-interest. The only ones with any sense and honor are the bureaucrats.
