@barttels2 @AaronGoodman33 I thought it was better than expected but regardless - this tech has all the same data that the human physician does from patient visits - the only logic for its use would be if it was a better predictor of patient wishes than their doctor… hard sell for me
@WilliamAird4 a nice practical point for those referring to hematology. In a real world setting >80% of the patients with an elevated Hb had secondary erythrocytosis, and the pretest prob of OSA or smoking is >MPN. Maybe I can convince some PCPs to get sleep studies BEFORE referring
