@MG09123 With Caicedo, Enzo/replacement, Lavia, Barco, James & Henderson it would be a ridiculous waste of his time to keep him around - can’t believe it’s taken this long to decide he should be loaned
@VdykCFC I think it's very unlikely Neto is sold now, given the valuation we have. Makes me wonder the point is of keeping Quenda around if Neto, Gusto & Gittens are all staying.
@BlueCoProject He’ll play 2,500 minutes, mostly in his strongest position. We need at least 3 top inside forwards if we’re going to do anything serious this season
@Statford_Bridge@sirbaxeros You’d rather have Cucurella, Dewsbury-Hall, Badiashile, Felix, Nkunku & Madueke than Hato, Lacroix, Rogers, Palestra, Joao Pedro & Estevao??
@CFCMJordan There are very few GKs, if any, worthy of being #1 at Chelsea that wouldn’t block Penders pathway to a degree.
Signing Yan Sommer on a free for a year could have been an option.
Especially with him coming back late, they might have to throw him in now and see what happens
@ademir2z He will likely retire with multiple Intl trophies & 700 career goals. It will be impossible to have him in anything but the very highest bracket of forwards, just behind Pele and Messi.
@roryisconfused I’d argue even Sentimental Education fits this genre. The plot’s been around forever - just a new social world it’s set in. Adulthood being so much less scripted (even optional) for educated millennials gives it this more juvenile flavour
@_motherslug Light Years by James Salter, A Month in the Country by Carr, The Other Name by Fosse, Correction by Bernhard, The Plains by Murnane (Middlemarch, obvs)
@ArchieStanding We won 14 games last season, 8 against the bottom 5. We struggle against every type of team, except shit ones. The fixtures were always going to be brutal if you look at it that way.
