I've then been presented with a 2FA verification screen, which I did not put in. I tried to resolve this through the support form, and they're 'unable to help' to help the 'security of your account', and have asked me to wait a week. A week in which others could be hacked.

This all stemmed a few weeks back from a message I was sent, asking to vote for them in some awards thing. This was really just a data harvesting exercise.

I now have been completely locked out of my account with no way back despite what X support might try and say.
