@ImMeme0 10 bucks says that if Hubs gets peace with his own room & wife isolated & cordoned off in one room for a week he's probably the one that rubbed covid all over her toothbrush a few days before.
@Rhah_Nabunaid@OrevaZSN On today's modern TVs I wonder if that's true. The tech definitely exists for that information to be sent to someone and sold to someone else. I agree though - never regret hanging on to my DVD/BluRays
@shiftbrowser is there any way you can add non-US based search engines to your browser choices in the settings? I know they still rely on google/MS to some degree, but we need to start somewhere
@Tortugas_1@bringtheblaine The FAA has no jurisdiction in Canada. We have our own approval body/process like many countries do. I think the same thing happened in reverse with the last Bombardier jet (now the Airbus A220).
Having a subscription to Crave TV for the last month for the World Cup reminds me why I used to torrent...what an awful experience. Looking forward to cancelling
@TheCriticalDri2 I've been trying to figure out what made early GoT great and why HOTD just isn't...it's the humour. The relationship between Tyrion, Bron and Podrick for example...I know it's not in Fire and Blood, but man it makes a difference. HOTD is OK...but humourless
@raghu_venugopal@BenMulroney The issue with the safe consumption sites is that even if disorder and mortality decrease, it distributes the disorder in a much tighter area and creates an outsized impact in that area. Calgary and the Sheldon Schumer Centre is a perfect example. Makes it a wasteland
People are ignorant. If people have a problem with accepting anyone playing for Canada they can fuck off.
Tbh I had the biggest problem with Alfie cause he had never even been to Canada.
Also if anyone has a problem with Alphonso Davies being Canadian I will throw hands immediately. Born in a refugee camp and came to Edmonton at 4. Grew up in one of the harshest areas of Edmonton living through the winters. He is what it means to be Canadian.
Block out the bigots boys!
@girdley I still love 5Guys but here in upper Canuckistan it's ungodly expensive. Honestly I never understood how shrinking represents failure. So what if they lose locations? If locations rationalize to fit the times then so what?
@TheCinesthetic If it weren't for the Kessel Run sequence it would have been completely fun...much like Skeleton Crew, which doesn't get enough love either. That said, that sequence is completely forgivable too me, and I still rewatch every so often.
