📈 WHAT DOES DEVELOPMENT mean to me in my role at the FFF?

Lots of parents take their children to football training and want to see them develop on the pitch, whether it be getting better at passing or shooting for example.

While these on pitch improvements happen naturally, we place more emphasis on developing life skills, than football skills.

For me, helping children to be more confident, become a better communicator or be more of a team player is far more important than their football skills.
