Reimbursements are rising ~2–3%, while labor + benefit costs climb 5–10%. Providers can’t raise admin wages enough to retain staff. Turnover rises, roles empty out, and they don’t come back.

Seeing a big shift in 2026 planning: AI is being budgeted like labor. Teams want cost per task, effective hourly rate, and how spend scales with volume.

Usage-based pricing fits — AI does measurable work, so buyers want measurable pricing.
