Grateful for everything Blazer Strong has done for me this summer. 💙 Huge thank you to my coaches and teammates for pushing me every day. Finished the program with a 135 lb bench, 266 lb deadlift, and 120 lb squat. The work doesn’t stop here—I’m just getting started. Looking forward to carrying this into football season and continuing to improve.#blazerstrong @SRQBlazers
There’s a silent way recruits fall off a coach’s radar.
They don’t get rejected.
They just go quiet.
A coach is tracking dozens of players at your position.
If he doesn’t hear from you, you don’t stay on his mind.
Not because he lost interest.
Because someone else stayed in front of him and you didn’t.
So here’s the rule.
Never leave a coach with nothing for more than 30 days.
A month of silence is too long.
But following up does not mean “just checking in.”
That gives him nothing.
Reach out with something worth his time.
New film.
A workout clip.
A stat line from a game.
An updated GPA or test score.
If you’ve got quality to show, once a week is great.
If you don’t, every couple of weeks is fine.
The recruits who get offers aren’t always the most talented.
They’re the ones who never let the coach forget they exist.
Out of sight is out of the recruiting class.
Sad News: Saskatchewan Roughriders LB Jayden Dalke passed away in a car accident on Saturday 😔
Jayden was driving back to town after the bye week.
RIP 🙏
To every offensive line and defensive line coach:
I’m a DT/OL looking for an opportunity. I don’t have film yet, and I can’t afford the subscriptions that some recruiting platforms require just to message coaches. If you’re interested in learning more about me, please DM me. I’d be grateful for the opportunity to connect. Thank you! Also GO BULLS!
