@JoannaStern @gmail You have to be in the habit of giving them a 1 star review and a comment that says duo. It’s the only real way to get the message through to the leadership.

[Matthew Hamilton @MatthewHamilton]

@mattythetechy1 I keeps saying. They only thing that matters is that we all give 1 star reviews and comment duo as the reason. They won’t understand the impact without feedback.

[Matthew Hamilton @MatthewHamilton]

@TheBradFad Or their kids will get one and complain to their parents. With any luck either or will spur the sh** out of these lazy fu**s! It’s embarrassing how many companies didn’t prioritize and prepare for this.

[Matthew Hamilton @MatthewHamilton]

@jessenowlin 💯

I’m irrationally irritated at these lazy companies who aren’t willing or able to have any forethought or care. It’ll take their CEO’s kid to complain before they get their app updated.

[Matthew Hamilton @MatthewHamilton]

@brandenflasch 1 star reviews for every app that's not updated yet. Everyone needs to do the same so that they understand the demand! It's sad how lazy some of these companies are!

[Matthew Hamilton @MatthewHamilton]

That was bad. Prayers to the entire @okcthunder team!

[Matthew Hamilton @MatthewHamilton]

@harry94291838 @SamPrestiGM He signed the contract. He’s got some say, man. Be real. Again, thanks for the advice. THUNDER UP!

[Matthew Hamilton @MatthewHamilton]

@DeanBlevins @okcthunder @DeanBlevins -- tell us you have some contacts and can mention the outcry online about this. It just keeps getting worse instead of better!

[Matthew Hamilton @MatthewHamilton]

@harry94291838 @SamPrestiGM *advice, too. 🤦‍♂️

[Matthew Hamilton @MatthewHamilton]

You do realize that it's no longer Bally's. It's "Thunder+" it's integrated with the NBA app... and complete trash. There's no "support line" just $100+ for a declining service.

ALSO, it's pretty standard in 2026 to reach out to executives on 𝕏 for attention to a systemic issue. Sadly, @SamPrestiGM isn't acutally Sam Presti the GM... who's noticably absent on 𝕏 -- or so it seems.

That said, I really appreciate the advise. Should you have Sam's number, perhaps you can call his attention to this issue. :)

[Matthew Hamilton @MatthewHamilton]

@harry94291838 @SamPrestiGM damn, got me on that one @SamPrestiGM -- I'm in dire need... can you call the real Sam? I assume you have his deets!

[Matthew Hamilton @MatthewHamilton]

@okcthunder @SamPrestiGM -- can you pay attention to your fan base here? Those of us who paid to watch the entire season, but struggle every single game so far!!!!!!

[Matthew Hamilton @MatthewHamilton]

@JasonPhillips7 @thunder @NBATV so, i'm not the only one who paid for the entire season and can't watch the game??????????????? What absolute trash! @SamPrestiGM can you make a call or something?????

[Matthew Hamilton @MatthewHamilton]

@bignorthchris @ky__update Right now two sec/big ten teams could both make it to the championship game and play each other. I wouldn’t call this perfect for them either.

[Matthew Hamilton @MatthewHamilton]

@tymphillips It’s sad how bad the @MicrosoftTeams app is in comparison to @Outlook … Most of the @MicrosoftTeams leaders need to be terminated immediately @satyanadella

[Matthew Hamilton @MatthewHamilton]

@luciascarlet 8am sharp. No one will expect it.

[Matthew Hamilton @MatthewHamilton]

@Eddie_Rado I think the defensive competition allowed for home to settle in. That said, he seemed more confident and in control. How much was him, a less aggressive defense, or superior line play today is yet to be seen.

All in all, a step, hopefully, in the right direction!

[Matthew Hamilton @MatthewHamilton]

@SawyerMerritt I got naught.

[Matthew Hamilton @MatthewHamilton]

@thecyberseckyle @BestBuy Preordered both in the same order.

They had 0 available for walk in.
