@BirminghamSport Honestly, what I want most is consistent airport operations. BHM has, by far, the highest rate of delays related to ground operations of any airport I fly. (Eg no one to marshall the plane or extend the jet bridge.)

@GregSankey @SNICKERS @BiscoffCookies I fly regularly and BHM is the worst airport, by far, when it comes to ground crew. I had a delay on Saturday when we landed b/c the ground crew didn’t want to come out in the rain to marshall our plane to the gate. About 50% of the time I land, we wait on the ground crew.
