@AmazonUK can you explain why my son ordered some Apple Air Pods on 29/3/24 and you sent a camera handle 30/3/24 worth considerably less than the Air Pods. He reported it instantly on 1/4/24 and UPS 2/4/24. He is still awaiting his refund of £149.00 for this. Is this normal?
