So had an absolutely fantastic day today. I went to Bemrose school to speak to young people about hate crime and Autism and Albinism the young people were lovely and it was great to get some perspective and see what they think about disabilities. It was to hear there thoughts :)

Had a stop start relationship with this but it feels different this time I did week one back to back last week had a rest and started week 2 today recovery day tomorrow.

I will complete the 5k even it kills me

Had an absolutely fantastic day attending an Autism workshop around better health care for people with Autism today at the qaud it was insightful inspiring and I felt heard and listened too :) plus some exciting opportunities look like they might come along too we shall see ;)
