It’s been some 6 months. It’s tough to look back on & see the state I was in, especially when I thought I was having a good time.

The clarity from sobriety can be painful when you look at clips like this.

Using drink & drugs to cope isn’t a problem till bad life experiences or trauma hit you & you want to escape all the time.

But, once you know it’s a problem you can start to fix it, you just got to change your mindset. My dad would be proud.
