He's grateful now but in 2016 he said EU citizens were a burden on the NHS (wrong; statistically they're the opposite) and soon he'll tell them their friends and family aren't worth enough points.
You have to hope he’s wrong. Very, very wrong. I’m not sure what else to feel. But I do know that continuing to pretend that the government hasn’t completely failed to provide clarity & leadership can only make things worse. (Despite, imho, the best efforts of Hancock & Sunak.)

The Prime Minister's health must not be allowed to become a distraction from proper scrutiny of his government's performance. Reports that we are already reduced to seeking ventilators from Trump's America after eschewing the EU joint procurement scheme are deeply troubling.

And medical professionals don't have executive political decision making power in the same way as the govt, and it's disingenuous to suggest so.
When voting doesn't count, letters, emails are ignored, phone calls go through to the keeper...
