TGIF. There should also be TGFHPC (Thank God for High Performance Computing). I have been using the Arkansas High Performance Computing Cluster for my research. I was able to parallelize GWAS for many traits in a way that instead of taking 50 hours it only took 2 hours. #TGFHPC

I decided to upgrade to ChatGPT Plus, which includes DALL·E. I am quite impressed with the latest version of DALL·E. After describing an analogy of GWAS to DALL·E, here are some of the results. Finding genes is like finding a needle in the (genomic) haystack.

Plant a tree and stay focused with Forest! I started using the Pomodoro Method this year to supercharge my productivity. I have primarily used a good old timer for my Pomodoro sessions, but after discovering the Forest App and Chrome Extension, I will use this from now on!
