We are currently seeking a highly motivated student to pursue doctoral studies in the Health Behaviors and Cognition Laboratory. This is a funded doctoral position starting Fall 2020. Undergraduate seniors with research experience are encouraged to apply.
The lab did a great job presenting their work over the past few days at the 2019 Annual Meeting of the Society for Psychophysiological Research! @TheRealSPR#spr2019
Congratulations @mchandler923 on your first, first-authored publication suggesting that fitness effects on reading may be driven more by attentional differences than differences in language processing.

Just reminder that just because we only pay for 9 months doesn’t mean we don’t expect 12 months worth of work. Your committees should be meeting over the summer!
Since joining a research lab as an undergraduate in 2003; I have been incredibly fortunate to work with some amazing mentors, colleagues, and students. Over the weekend that effort finally resulted in the acceptance of my 75th peer-reviewed journal article and over 7k citations!
Another publication hot off the press! Acute exercise does not appear to induce changes in activation of the locus-coeruleus as indexed through pupillometry. @amandamcgow@mchandler923

If you are 18 or older with cerebral palsy, when you are next on a laptop or computer please follow this link https://t.co/dUJn1gvoB6!
Incredibly proud of one of our HBCL undergraduate assistants, @kvoisard12 who was awarded First Place for her poster presentation at the University Undergraduate Research and Arts Forum (UURAF)!
And shoutout to Amanda McGowan for serving as her graduate mentor!
