@Sacha_Lord and so many have left the industry. People expect it how it was but lack of staff plus inexperience mean that it will take time to deliver the standards people want/expect. Give them a drink and they have no compassion for the industry. So tough right now for hospitality ❤️

@Sacha_Lord We've had to close tonight and this weekend because of the weather. Decided to open up and take a punt but now the 2 last week's profits are turned into this week's losses, and some. Everyone is struggling to recruit staff because they are worried about regular income (part 1/2)
