Today I had the opportunity to present my PhD work at the #APMC13 conference in Brisbane, where I talked about my approach to automate image analysis of goblet cells. 🔬🎨
Looking forward to the rest of the conference and thanks to all the organisers! @INMLAB@AmmsStudent
What a great first day to #APMC13! I also had the privilege as the @AustralianMMS student rep to organise a dinner with the AMMS PhD students.
It’s great to meet other students at the beginning of the conference and I’m looking forward to the rest of the week!

Gut analysis toolbox (GAT) is out! Its based in Fiji & aims to automate image analysis tasks in gut neuroscience.Using AI models you can segment neurons. We use GAT to characterize neuronal distribution & reveal regional differences via spatial analysis @INMLAB
A very insightful symposium learning about the applications and advantages of using organoids for translational research. Thanks to all the organisers and sponsors for putting together a fantastic event! #MonashOrganoidSymposium
