This American family has a property that’s over 100 acres large

He wanted to built a treehouse, the county told him it needed to be a specific size, so he built it that size

Th country is now saying it’s considered the primary residence on the property and won’t let them build another house….. again they own 100 acres….

The reason is, is because they have an ordinance structure that says you can’t build the secondary home before the first home (and now the treehouse is considered a home)

The only workaround is to pay thousands of dollars for surveyors to draw an invisible line, divide up the property so it’s now technically a separate property so they can built their primary house

The government is too big. This is the insane bureaucracy of the American government in action

They also said he couldn’t live in the treehouse until the other property is completed…. A home that he built on his own property

Your history is off. The year 1929 was not when things became severe. The real problems began in 1931, which is why Benjamin Anderson called it "the tragic year." For four years Hoover intervened every way he could think of, and things only got worse. The 1932 interventions were especially disastrous.

The so-called deflation in 1920-21 was MUCH more pronounced than in the Great Depression, and we are told that that is supposed to make depressions especially severe. Yet it didn't, thanks to the laissez-faire approach Harding wisely adopted. In fact, Joseph Schumpeter said that the 1920-21 depression was proof that downturns are self-reversing by ordinary market forces.

What's more, by the time FDR came around, the economy had already turned a corner. By July 1932, the massive financial bubble of the 1920s had finally finished clearing out. Toxic debt had been purged, unviable banks had failed, and asset prices had bottomed out.

Historical data from the summer and fall of 1932 show commodity prices stabilizing, industrial production index numbers ticking upward, and freight car loadings increasing, all traditional signs that the business cycle was naturally correcting itself.

So of course FDR deserves the blame for the persistence of the Depression. It's incredible that we're still debating this. Every last thing he did interfered with the adjustments necessary for recovery.

In Canada you could go to jail for 10 years for preaching the bible.

Bill C-9 has removed the religious exemption clause from hate speech. This means if you preach the Bible and some wacko leftist thinks it's hate speech, you could be locked up for 10 years.

Had Bill C-9 been law when I was ticketed for preaching in public in 2023, I could have been prosecuted and jailed for a decade.

Insane bills like this only exist because we've forsaken the Word of God.

We need to turn back to God, heed His word and never relent.

These aren't VCs. They're SpaceX employees, and the list includes welders, technicians, and cafeteria staff, because for two decades the company paid every level of the workforce in stock instead of higher salaries.

Juan Hernandez immigrated from Mexico and took a $28 an hour contractor welding job in 2015. He says he didn't even know what SpaceX was. The company gave him a $10,000 equity grant and let him buy more shares through payroll deductions. That stake is now worth $880,000.
