Great opening debate on the Scottish Youth Parliament’s work on transport. In the words of one MSYP “the under 22s bus pass is great but it’s not much use if there’s not a bus to use it on”. all young people must have access to safe, affordable and sustainable public transport

"We're trying to think up of some kind of unique idea or engagement idea that was also intergenerational."
Organisers at the Three Villages Forum spoke to That's TV about a series of events this June, connecting the three communities of Annbank, Mossblown & Tarbolton.
Oor pals down in Annbank are looking for a wee bit of help with their new Community Garden! I was down the other day and it is looking fab but they still need all the help they can get! https://t.co/appy7oxAbs
"Intergenerational essentially means you are bringing together two different generations."
That's TV spoke to Sarah Quinn the Youth Officer from @VASouthAyrshire about Global Intergenerational Week and why she believes it is the perfect time to try something new.
Rozelle Park willow sculptures – update

Massive shout-out every one of our Youth Councillors on being such amazing young people. The conversations that I was privileged to be a part of today were so insightful on what needs to be done to improve South Ayrshire for young people. Some future MSYPs among them as well!
I’ve had the pleasure today of attending one of the #SouthAyrshireYouthCouncil meetings held in the historic County Buildings. Thank you @CLD_SAC for allowing me the opportunity to speak to our Youth Cllrs about the @OfficialSYP Manifesto and thank-you @laurapoppet for the tour!
