"Because you didn't select a doctor, or the one you selected is not available, we have used a number of factors like your location, age, language, medical history, and more to match you with a doctor who we think will be the right fit for you."
@BlueShieldCA Oppps. Looks like they did assign me a PCP, but was no where to be found but in a message. Great that a PCP was defaulted but not great it was difficult to find.
Was really excited when I saw that @BlueShieldCA assigned me a PCP when I first logged into my account online. Logged back in today and no longer see that.
Choosing a PCP is too much effort. Choice should be available but defaulting may be valuable to many people.
Set up my @GooglePixel_US today. When it prefills the 2-factor SMS code, it's great. Wonder why it works sometimes and other times, it doesn't. Does it require app development? #UX
@mxie @AmericanExpress and @Citi credit cards have always been great when filling out forms for travel delay and lost baggages. I never used the trip cancellation, but I can't imagine it's much different. (Calling to start the process seems to be the best route)
The @SanDiegoAirport has @TSA signs telling passengers to scan people's boarding passes. Meanwhile, the TSA agent is telling everyone, "Please only have your IDs ready". The signs should probably be removed! #UX
#BadUX: Defaulting tip options to 15%, 18%, 20% in all cases. Makes sense for dine-in, but super annoying for take-out. I assume $1, $2, $5 options would be more effective.
I may or may not have spent 30 seconds trying to scan my room key on the right side. Based on the worn no smoking sticker, many people have tried to scan their key there
#BadDesign: This @Hyatt elevator requires a key card to go to room floors. But the card reader is only on the left side. The fact the right side has a raised no smoking object makes it worse.
