@Apple disgusted at apple ipad sent back for a quote to repair. No quote offered just charged nearly £600. Despite agreeing a process an opportunity not to go ahead. I mean £600 for a broken microphone. You do the maths! Faith in Apple gone overnight

@HP How to lose a loyal customer of 25years. Offer no resolution other than keep the ink that cost £100+ and purchase a new printer. Initial solution switch off wait 60 seconds and try again, then if no can we offer you a trade in for your 18mth Printer

@HP absolutely horrified at the total lack of response from HP Tech team, you spend £100’s of pounds on ink and they cannot be bothered to pick up the phone, or reply on their what’s app link they send you for instant reply, well still 36 hours and no response. What’s the point??
