Embarrassing service yet again from @virginmedia - had an appointment today to sort out an issue we’ve had for over a year and no one turned up. This is the second time it has happened. I will have to spend a couple of hours tomorrow on the phone to them yet again. Unacceptable.
@virginmedia Yes, but you surely have access to your colleagues who do have access to accounts. I would have thought that this would be a good channel for paying customers to get help from you. I guess not.
Incredibly poor service from @virginmedia - I spent over 90 minutes on the phone on Monday and was assured I would receive a call back within 48 hrs. Trying to resolve issue we’ve had since Feb 2020. There’s never an issue in taking our money but a simple call back can’t be done.
@virginmedia Right, but I have already done that. Many, many times. I cannot believe that there is no way you can DM me or search for my name to check the issue. I’ll just call up to leave because it’s appalling service.
